Evaluation Research on Outsourcing Human Resources Activities: Research final report excerpt

Abstract

During the past years outsourcing human resource services has become a popular tendency among enterprises and ventures in Hungary too. This alternative, which can hardly be considered new in international economic life at all, makes it possible for  organizations to invest their human resources and energies in such areas that can experience and result in growth.
On behalf of PannonJob Human Services and Consulting Ltd. an evaluation research including 120 organizations was conducted by the Human Exchange Human Resource Development and Consulting Foundation on outsourcing HR activities. The study of the research results can give insights and assistance in comprehending the demands related to human resource services present among Hungarian organizations, as well as in creating service development conceptions.
