Empirical Research Methods in the Organization Development

Abstract

The study deals with aspects of research methodology. After summarizing the criteria of erudition, we display the process of action research, which is able to create a coherent complex from the data collecting and analyzing processes and from the community development interventions.
After introducing the sampling methods, we display the idiosyncrasy of three important data collecting procedures (survey, interview and focus group).
