Abstract
The criteria of human innovation originate in human nature. The innovator, who is free, intelligent and relies on his conscience, always acts in time and space. His individual activity is integrated in the life of the community. Human nature is a property that all people have in common, all human actions are based on it, but these actions vary according to individual personal abilities and responsibilities. The article states that it is possible to build on the common foundation that exists in humanity, and it is possible to promote the benefit of the entire human community on Earth by innovations to harmonize needs, interests, attitudes, decisions, goals, actions and networking.
