Due to various effects generated by turbulent changes from the external environment economic and social actors are constantly facing new challenges. The long-term negative effects of crises and critical situations require significantly more adaptation than before, forcing organizations to implement changes in different segments of the organizational structure and operation. The aforementioned effects draw attention to the competencies that play a key role in adapting to changes, and as a part of this, in the leadership of organizations and business communication (Hidasi, 2022).
Maintaining the efficiency of organizational / corporate operations, formulating and implementing appropriate responses to the challenges arising from changes and crises depends to a greater extent on the attitude of managers and employees, their motivation and satisfaction, the quality and effectiveness of the interactions between them, and both individual and organizational level performances. Organizational communication plays a decisive role in the development of these factors. The quality, channels and mechanisms of organizational communication strongly influence the functioning of the organization and the qualities of management (Bakacsi, 2002).
