Abstract

Today the respect of community work seems to disappear, while the desire for individualism is getting stronger. In today's alienated societies, the only solution is to build from bottom to top. We should restore a world, in which moral and legal norms are such a barrier to the individual's consciousness as city walls (muri sancti). Consequently, we believe that just because breaking legal norms does not constitute a physical barrier for people it does not mean that in some cases they can be ignored, According to Kant’s morality, by law, someone is guilty when he or she violates the rights of others. According to ethics, you are guilty if you consider doing so. In our study, we tried to give a comprehensive but general picture of the criminal categories that are most common in the activities of bailiffs in the course of judicial enforcement, thus affecting the success of proceedings. We would also like to point, out that the coordinated operation of the systems could possibly reduce the deviation from social norms.
