Abstract

The study will attempt to offer an effective alternative method to manage or prevent early school leaving and school dropout by presenting a new approach and exploring a new context. The cornerstones of the program are religious education, intelligence-based talent assessment, as well as knowledge transfer based on knowledge elements. The training principles rely on the outstanding results of the KALOT program (a movement of a catholic youth organisation in Hungary launched before World War II) and the unity of physical and mental education. The aim of the method is to make the young adult age group in Hungary happier, more successful and healthier, and help them meet the current labour market expectations.
