Abstract

Unforeseen, unexpected events can occur during the realization of our goal, which we call coincidence in everyday speech. We can identify certain risk areas, and in the case of each area we can partially learn about the random events taking place in the process of change, but we cannot eliminate the fact that they happen by chance. We can influence the processes, but at the same time we  must respect the independence of the other person. We do not know others with full certainty and completeness, and although we act according to our own point of view, there is still a way to recognize other people's opinion. The trainings give us the opportunity to acquire our personal aptitude.
The risk management requires personal skills from preventer assistants and masters; the activity of the risk manager should be predictable, based on trust and be in accordance with reality. The preventer must be patient in the case of all preventive criteria. In accordance with the criteria, we can identify processes resulting in the reduction or increase of risk. When we characterise the effective change process, we can also identify the dominant features of the factors and we can also take into account the necessary time consumption. We can link the preventive tools of decision making to the risk areas.
Effective risk management activities can only be carried out on a mutual basis.
