Következtetés: A reziliencia védőfaktornak bizonyul mind a depresszióval, mind a szorongással kapcsolatban. A szorongásos és depressziós tünetek kapcsán emiatt a nagyobb tudatosság és korai terápiás beavatkozás segíthet a tünetek mérséklésében, ezáltal javítva a klinikai serdülő populáció életminőségét.
