Abstract
The main objective of our research is to discover how organizational development interventions affect companies and human resource management. Our analysis highlights that companies with human resources department or HR specialist place more emphasis on knowledge sharing and on developing knowledge management strategies. The study reveals how human resource management relates to strategies of knowledge sharing, as well as presents the connection between the motivation of employees and their identification with organizational goals. The research outlines that companies with active knowledge sharing policies have handled the recent pandemic situation with special care, in contrast to companies that do not pay attention to knowledge sharing.
