Abstract

The general technological development has already highlighted the potential to enhance productivity by improving data analytics and digitally re-training the organisation. The impact of the epidemic has further confirmed this by making the workforce a top priority, thus increasing the importance of human resource management in companies' decision making and strategy formulation. Due to having to switch to teleworking for a significant number of companies as a result of the restrictions caused by the pandemic, HR staff were able to demonstrate their change management and consulting skills through guidance and training required for remote working. In addition, they had to ensure that teleworking further enhanced the development and improvement of digital company culture and employee experience. My research aims to examine the causes and processes of digital transformation in companies.
