Assessment About the Motivations and Professional Activities of Those Who Are Doing Hospice-Palliative Care as a Volunteer Job According to a Research's Results
Published 01-06-2016
Abstract
This study describes the partial results of a qualitative research in which the subjects were voluntary hospice-palliative workers. As describing the results, the author compares ten volunteers’ motivation with Clary and her co-workers’ (1998) research results. Closely related to this topic, volunteering and the impact of interviewees on their own lives appear.
