Abstract

Home office has become a common practice in the Hungarian labour market due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, we would like to present the factors that influence the efficiency of working from home and, as managers, how we can create the right working environment and increase the productivity of work processes. In addition, we would like to briefly summarize the global advancement of home office and examine how the coronavirus has transformed the labour market. In the course of our research we carried out secondary data processing based on national and international literature. The aim of our study is to make this complicated process easier to understand for many people, thus the cooperation between workers and employers can be successful in these trying times.
