L’entrata del cardinal Tamás Bakóc a Roma nel 1512 in due fonti manoscritte

Absztrakt

The authors of this article compare two manuscripts (one from Mantua and one from Modena) regarding the solemn Entrata to Rome of the Hungarian cardinal Tamás Bakóc in 1512. The event is placed in a historical and artistic context, and a special emphasis is placed on the description of the cloths of the prelate’s sequalae, as they were really astonishing to the contemporary Italians.
