Abstract

Nowadays modern technology systems indubitably change our habits and behaviour. In both national and international level of scientific literature there is intensive discussion about the impact of the internet on our mental health. In this essay, I examine the impact of modern technology in the need to belong to a community, the quality of information processing, our eating habits, our communication skills, and our therapeutic habits.
